E. Frank Delgado, MD

Board-certified family medicine physician E. Frank Delgado, MD, has provided his expertise to patients of Family Medical Center for over 20 years. Dr. Delgado provides individualized and high-quality care to child and adult patients in the SoDo District of Orlando, Florida.

After growing up in Northern Virginia, Dr. Delgado received his Bachelor of Arts from Georgetown University in Washington, DC, and his Doctor of Medicine from the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond. He went on to complete both his internship and residency at Ascension St. Vincent’s Southside Hospital in Jacksonville, Florida.

Dr. Delgado communicates with his patients and works together with them to diagnose and treat any symptoms or conditions. He offers excellent care for the entire family, including immunizations, well-woman exams, allergy, and diabetic testing. Dr. Delgado is board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.

When Dr. Delgado is not practicing medicine, he enjoys spending time with his wife, three children, and three dogs. He enjoys the outdoors as well, taking offshore fishing and ski trips with his family.

Jan C. Parrillo, MD

Board-certified family medicine physician, Jan C. Parrillo, MD, brings over 30 years of health care expertise to Family Medical Center. Dr. Parillo treats a wide range of conditions and is proud to serve children and adults in the SoDo District of Orlando, Florida.

Dr. Parillo spent his childhood in both Binghamton, New York, and Deland, Florida, before heading to school to study medicine. He received both his Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Medicine from the University of Florida in Gainesville. Dr. Parillo went on to complete his internship and residency at Ascension St. Vincent’s Southside Hospital in Jacksonville, Florida.

Dr. Parillo finds great reward in treating his patients and building relationships with their families. He doesn’t treat just the symptom but focuses on overall, long-lasting health. Dr. Parillo offers a number of services like well-woman exams, diabetes and cardiology testing, and immunizations. Dr. Parillo is board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.

When he’s not treating patients, Dr. Parrillo enjoys playing golf, music, and grilling outdoors with his Big Green Egg. He spends as much time as possible with his family, which includes three daughters, three granddaughters, and a grandson.

Cristina Garcia, MD

Cristina Garcia, MD, brings her expertise as a board-certified family medicine physician to Family Medical Center. Dr. Garcia offers individualized, high-quality primary care to adolescents and adults in the SoDo District of Orlando, Florida.

Dr. Garcia was born and raised in Miami, Florida, and went on to graduate magna cum laude from the University of Florida in Gainesville, where she received her Bachelor of Science in zoology and a minor in chemistry. She returned to Miami to receive her Doctor of Medicine from the University of Miami School of Medicine.

After completing her internship and residency at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas, Dr. Garcia joined Family Medical Center. Dr. Garcia is board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.

Dr. Garcia is proud to serve her patients through important moments in their lives, supporting them in treatment and recovery. Dr. Garcia offers preventive care, wellness check-ups, and builds long-lasting relationships with her patients and their families.

Dr. Garcia is married to a pediatric pulmonology physician, Dr. Danny Garcia and enjoys spending time with their three children and dog, Teddy. Dr. Garcia and her family love playing sports, taking Disney cruises, beach vacations, and visiting her hometown of Miami, Florida.

Dr. Garcia is no longeraccepting new patients and warmly welcomes her existing patients to Family Medical Center on Wednesdays, and Thursday and Friday mornings.

Mitul Shah, MD

Board-certified family medicine physician, Mitul Shah, MD, provides expert care to patients at Family Medical Center in the SoDo District of Orlando, Florida. He has been a part of the practice for over five years, serving patients who have a wide range of symptoms and conditions.

Dr. Shah completed his Doctor of Medicine at M.P. Shah Medical College in Jamnagar, Gujarat, India. He then came to the United States and received his master’s degree in health care administration at Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green. Dr. Shah finished his internship and residency at Detroit Medical Center in Michigan. He is board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.

Dr. Shah treats overall well-being in his patients and not just symptoms or disease. He offers a number of high-quality services, including immunizations, well-woman exams, various testing, and a wide range of treatment options for chronic conditions.

Dr. Shah and his wife, Aditi, along with their two children, enjoy traveling and relaxing in the warm, sunny Orlando weather.

Jumana Al-Deek, DO

Jumana Al-Deek DO is a board certified Family Medicine Physician who provides compassionate and expert care at the Family Medical Center.

She was born in Northern California but lived much of her childhood in the Orlando, FL area. She attended UCF for two years before transferring to the Northern Virginia/DC area to complete her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at George Mason University. She then went on to complete her Master of Science degree in Biophysics and Physiology at Georgetown University in Washington, DC. She finished her medical degree at the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in Lewisburg, WV. She returned home to Orlando, FL to complete her internship and residency at the Advent Health Family Medicine Residency at Winter Park.

Dr. Al-Deek has a unique background as a personal fitness trainer and started a successful fitness company when she used to live in the Washington, DC area. She enjoys combining her expertise in nutrition and fitness with her medical knowledge to provide a more holistic model of care for her patients. She believes in shared medical decision making and strives to explain disease processes to her patients. She offers many high-quality services including well woman exams, contraception management, geriatric care, care of chronic medical conditions, and can perform several in office procedures. She was trained and is adept at taking care of all ages.

When Dr. Al-Deek is not practicing medicine she enjoys spending time with her husband, Barry and their three children. Dr. Al-Deek also enjoys competing in 5k races around the central Florida region, as well as baking, drawing, boating and reading. She has a love for travel and different cultures and has been to several countries including Turkey, Jordan, Israel, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Mexico, and the Dominican Republic.

Shana Caldwell, FNP-C

Shana Caldwell is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who earned her Master’s degree in Nursing from Florida Southern College. Shana is a native Floridian and she has been a nurse for over eight years with a background in critical care and clinical research. She lives in Orlando with her husband, daughter, and two dogs. She enjoys boating, traveling, and exploring new cuisines.

Nate Henry, DO

Dr. Nate Henry is a highly accomplished medical professional with a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine, Carolinas Campus (2020). He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Central Florida (2015). Currently, Dr. Henry is a Family Medicine Resident at Atrium Health Floyd, with a graduation date set for June 2023. His certifications include BLS, ACLS, PALS, and a POCUS certification, also expected in June 2023.
He has been an active member of several committees and initiatives, including the Chest Pain Committee and Quality Initiative programs at Floyd Residency. Dr. Henry is also affiliated with the American Academy of Family Physicians.

Dr. Henry’s accolades include being voted 2nd Year Resident Teacher of the Year at Floyd Family Medicine Residency. He has presented various research and case studies, including work on Metformin-induced lactic acidosis and Ebola virus VP40. Outside of his medical career, Dr. Henry enjoys sports, escape rooms, and visiting Cedar Point Amusement Park. Originally from Buffalo, NY, he grew up in Cape Coral, FL, and has a passion for basketball and golf.

Megan Dela Rea, PA-C

Megan Dela Rea is a board-certified PA who earned her master’s degree from the University of South Florida. Prior to PA school, she completed her Undergraduate Degree at the University of Florida. She was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida and loves the beach. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring Orlando’s many restaurants, live music, television, and reading in a cozy spot with her cat.

Brett DeVoursney, D.O.

Dr. DeVoursney is a board-certified Family Medicine physician. He grew up in Jacksonville, FL, and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Sciences at the University of Central Florida in 2017. He then completed his Degree of Osteopathic Medicine at Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine-Carolinas Campus in 2021.

Dr. DeVoursney went on to complete his residency training at Advent Health East Orlando Osteopathic Family Medicine Residency Program in 2024. He finds building relationships with his patients and their families very rewarding. He focuses on the overall health and well-being of his patients, not just treating symptoms. Dr. DeVoursney treats a wide range of conditions and serves patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics. He is certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians. When not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife, friends, and family. His hobbies include attending sporting events (Go Knights!), having BBQs, listening to music, traveling and learning about other cultures, as well as exploring new restaurants.

Jennifer Lim

Jenni is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a master’s degree in nursing from ECPI. She brings over years of experience in clinical research as well as critical care (neurology and cardiology). Born and raised in Colorado, she now resides in Orlando with her husband, two kids, and two beloved dogs. Outside of her professional endeavors, she enjoys traveling, spending time with family, and eating good food.
